This is a song called “Not Fucking Fodder” by a band called Tragedy. I kinda got into them cause i was kinda into His Hero Is Gone. Also cause they had awesome artwork as shown above. “Not Fucking Fodder” reminds me of Sgt. Slaughter (the G.I. Joe character) and for some reason the first time i saw Planes Mistaken For Stars

J.R. Ewing (1998-2006) is one of my favorite bands of all time, hardcore or not. Hailing from Oslo Norway they were compared to fellow Scandinavians Refused, even being called the “new Refused” after the split up of the pivotal swedish hardcore band. If you love the sound of Steve Albini, whether it’s for Shellac or producing In Utero, you’re gonna love J.R. Ewing and wish they never broke up in 2006.


“Everyone Else” is the first track on Calling In Dead (Coalition Records), and “Repition Is Failure” is the first track on Ride Paranoia (GSL). Their last album Maelstrom was released by Dim Mak in 2005. I can’t stress how much I love this band and how great both albums are. – dan
